Of course, most flowers are only available for a few months of each year. Since all Poppy flowers are delivered to your wedding straight from one of our farms, we focus on sourcing and designing with a variety of stems that are fresh and most beautiful right at the time of your wedding.

As soon as you’ve selected a venue and a date for your wedding, it’s time to start planning your wedding flowers. Poppy recommends designing and ordering florals with us between 5 and 7 months before your wedding date.

1. Your Wedding Specialist will guide you to florals selections perfectly suited to your vision.
2. Your Design Specialist will join in 60 days before your event to ensure every last detail is covered and coordinate with your planner or coordinator.
3. Your Poppy Designer, working together with the rest of your team, will design and install your florals on the big day.

All of your preferences, notes, and logistics are saved in one streamlined, centralized online hub. You can even invite other key vendors, like your planner, venue coordinator or photographer, to review your floral details.
